I am located in Valladolid. I will be making a concerted effort to search out those native artisans whose work abounds here in this part of the state. As I get into Merida only on the weekends I would love to meet with anyone affiliated with this group. Mr. Ziegler comes from Atlanta where I resided for 15 years, 1990 to 2005. Were you affiliated with the outsider gallery in Buckhead? I recall a gallery that represented Moses Tolliver from Montgomery. Was that yours? It was in the same area as the present gallery that represents my colleague Ben Smith. We are retired teachers and plan on buying a small place and fixing it up for a get away. We are interested in folk art and also murals of local artist. Hopefully we can get a home with a courtyard and have an outdoor kitchen. I am President of Greenwood SC Chapter of People to People International . Hope to start a chapter in Merida.
