Sandra and Jose are a husband-and-wife vet team). There are also pet stores here that sell most of those same brands. Most locals don't walk their dogs, although more and more do. Those of us who walk our dogs do our best to pick up after them. No one picks up after the street dogs, although the City of Merida does pick up the street dogs themselves on occasion. Somehow, Merida survives and is NOT overrun by dogs or poo.
