No Yucateco resturants in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area. Maybe in Houston. But, that's 6 hours from me. Don't know any Yucatecos who live in North Texas either. No one makes Pibs better than my Conada/sister in law, Arcy. (my opinion) :-) This year, 2007, will be 10 years I've known my wife/esposa Ariadna. I was entroduced to Ariadna in 1997. The same year our beloved amigo, Alejandro Torre, died from a brain tumor (Marzo 1997). Alex's then wife, Martha sent me fotos of Ariadna and her address and phone number. Guess you can call 2007 our 10 year Aniversario. lol Since this is the Day Of The Dead, I wanted to share my memory and love for my amigo and hermano, Alejandro (Alex) Torres of Merida. Boo Hoo.
