Yucatan Living Oktoberfest at Mercer Cigars
Esta Semana! This Week! There is a week-long celebration of Oktoberfest at Mercer Cigars as well. All week long, their German beers will be 2-for-1… and don’t forget their Empanadas Montecristo, their Spanish Garlic Sausage, and their New Orleans Gumbo. They may have the best deals in Mexico on cigars from all over Latin America, but the food and drink are just as well worth the visit! We can personally vouch for the empanadas, as a matter of fact. So if you want to drink AND smoke, celebrate Oktoberfest at Mercer Cigars.

Location: 85-3 Prolongacion Montejo, Next to La Parrilla.
Phone: 944-3647

3 Responses to “Merida Events: Oktoberfest in Mexico”

  1. I enojoy reading the happenings in Merida. Thank you Working Gringos for coordinating the information and posting it at your website…Once again, MUCHAS GRACIAS

  2. Today I saw on the back of a bus that one of the artists for the Autum Festival was Paco Renteria. If you have never had a chance to see this guitarist–do it! The problem is that I have no idea when and where he will be playing as I don’t have an events guide to all the fall festival events. Anyone know when and where Paco will play? He’s young and modern and has had great musicians playing with him in the past. He is a sell out in San Miguel de Allende always.

  3. Well, we missed him this time. He played on the 19th at the Teatro Peon Contreras. Paco is from Merida, so he’ll surely be back!
