Regarding English Mass at the Cathedral: This has been going on for well over a year. It starts at 9:15 am Sundays in the side chapel in the N.E. side of the Cathedral. You don't have to wait until February if you wish to attend. Fr Roberto welcomes participants are of every faith and multiple faiths are represented each week.

Here is what we found. There are no Weight Watcher's meetings in Merida that we know of. There is an Overeaters Anonymous group, called Comedores Compulsives in Spanish. They don't advertise, but if you want to attend their meetings, call Beatriz at 999-945-8989 to find out where the meetings are. The meetings will be in Spanish... so it will be a good chance to practice!

Jack, we are looking into Weight Watchers and will get back to you. If we can't find a meeting like that, then you could try meeting with either Ed Redmond (http://physedtrain.com/services) or Phillip Geerts (http://www.meridatrainer.com). Both have them have nutritionist training and can probably help you out.
