I was very happy with the choices that I made with this house. The project took 7 months to complete. The work included building a perimeter wall (286L x30w), re-purposing the old water tank for the pool (the property was the ice house for colonial San Jose), building a new casita and modernizing the main house. I came in 7% over budget & this was mainly due to my additions and changes. Victor and Ingrid Carrillo are wonderful architects to work with, as a matter of fact we are beginning work on another project.
