Job Description: Assistant specialized in the process of the recruitment and selection of personal experienced in Information Technologies on a regional, national and international level.
-Searching and screening resumes.
-Executing first interviews with the candidates.
-English pre-screening interviews.
-Follow up on each applicant process.
-Control and update the databases.
-Format and proof read candidates resumes.
-Assist on the induction process for new hires
-Any other activity required by the position.
-Degree in Psychology or Administration (or has recently finished school).
-Over 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
-Advanced English (90% in all skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking).
-Great communication, responsible, and focused on team work.
