I’m seeking an organic, sustainable community in Yucatan – either near Merida, or on the east coast south of Cancun.

I hope to be teaching and/or tutoring English while living in a smaller community of like-minded people whose vision is to make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of the larger community. Yucatan is a place I’ve visited only a couple of times in my life, but each time I have felt embraced by the land and the culture and found it very difficult to leave. Now I’m at the point of relocating, and Yucatan may be the place if I can find a community that ‘fits’ for all of us.

I speak Spanish fluently, and am a nutritional counselor for people & animals, secondary school teacher, social worker, and a gardener. I also am a leader of the Dances of Universal Peace.
