A wonderful new friend of ours introduced us to Acqua this past October, and now, it’s a given that we’ll go back every time we’re in Mérida. My husband raved about his gorgonzola pasta dish and my salad was the best I’ve had in Mérida (It’s harder than you’d think to find a good salad in Mérida!) – fresh greens, veggies, and candied nuts served up with delicious homemade dressing. Mmmm. The service was fantastic, and the owner was welcoming and gracious too. This restaurant is a gem.
