Notes: Though we haven’t been there ourselves (yet!), we have heard good things from our friends. Janice writes, “My experience there was with one other person. We sat outside and enjoyed the corner view and breeze. In order to try a bit of the very broad menu we shared two items and requested the 1/2 order of each (a nice option). We had the traditional cheese fondue with bread cubes, which was full of all the sharp and creamy flavors expected in a traditional cheese fondue. We also enjoyed a bourgignone (their spelling), or meat-broth-based fondue. We chose that with shrimp, fish and squid to cook/dip in it. That order came with 4 different dipping sauces to dip our goodies in after they were cooked. Both fondues were equally enjoyable and more than enough for the two of us. We did try, based upon Debi Kuhn’s recommendation, a small carafe of the delicious Claricot, a sangria type of wine. I would definitely return. It seems as if there are endless options to be created by combining fondues and things to dip in them. There were families, groups and couples. We even received different colored individual long-stemmed forks so that we could identify our own cooking. The service was attentive, the food fresh, the bathrooms clean and the price was right. Price for the above meal for two was $230 pesos including a drink.
