If I were participating in this event, the first thing one would have to assume would be that I could make it FROM the Municipal Palace TO the Periférico on a bike! See how quick they said: "twice around the Periférico, and end at X´matkuil"??? Well - SURE... I could do that... :) Personally, I think its a good day if I don't keel over from old age - much less "twice around the Periférico! :) All my best wishes to the riders!
