It is one of my biffest concerns. My friend is really wanting to find a small place to buy in the Progreso area. She loves the beach, snorkeling and the outdoors. We are planning to come to visit the area in a couple of months. My husband and I have been only one time to Progreso a couple of years ago on a cruise and know virtually nothing other than what we read on the net. What can you suggest to her and I what to do to really get a 'lay of the land and people'? Where to stay in the area? What area would be best suited to folks between 37 and 55 years old?
