Michael Reper splits his time betweeen Oregon, Texas and the Yucatan. His many clients from around the United States and the world have given him a vast body of work and experience that he brings to each project. Michael is not afraid of color, and in Mexico, uses it boldly and tastefully to create unique interiors custom fit for each individual client. After graduating from the Art Institute in Houston, Michael has spent the past 17 years providing his clients with environments that suit their lifestyle and a home they are proud of and love living in.

Mercedes Sanchez and Alvaro Cervera are two Yucatecan architects, trained at the University of Yucatan’s famous Facultad (School) of Architecture. Over the past ten or more years, they have designed and built or renovated hundreds of homes in the Merida area. They are accomplished architects for whom no project is too insignificant to make better by design. They bring their years of experience and their deep knowledge of the materials and suppliers in this area to their projects, providing detailed estimates, weekly updates and summaries and periodic reviews to keep their projects on time and on budget.

    We used Mercedes and Alvaro to install our pool last Spring. We would not hesitate to use them again for other projects. We were impressed with Mercedes’s taste in design and decor and their crew were the cleanest we have ever dealt with. These people are professional, they take care of their workers and work within all the legalities required by the city or state.

    WOW!!!!! That’s MY house! Well, Merci and Alvaro, we did it! It took 2 years but look at it now!! This is the third house that Michael and I have decorated together and what a hoot we have had.
