Rafael’s Apartment

This charming 868-square-foot apartment has a separate entrance for complete privacy. In keeping with the history of the late eighteenth century house in which it is built, this apartment is furnished with antiques and decorative objects, but has all the comforts of a modern living space. Guests here enjoy air-conditioning and ceiling fans, as well as cable and wireless internet services.

Ground Floor Bedroom

The ground floor features a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small private patio with a private heated pool designed as a fountain. You can enjoy the fountain for its own sake, or use the pool to refresh yourself in the hot Merida evenings (unheated) or to relax in the cooler nights during the winter.

Mezzanine Level

The bedroom has a view to the living room and the private patio. The mezzanine floor also has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a double bed, a spacious closet and a bathroom.

San Juan’s Apartment

San Juan apartment is an extremely economical apartment located in the Santa Lucia, Santiago district in the centro historico… conveniently located on Calle 64 and 57 within easy walking distance, only three blocks from the Plaza Grande. You will find yourself merely steps from museums, restaurants, churches, shopping, special events, discotheques, nightclubs, concerts, two blocks from the Opera House and the famous Sunday market in the Plaza Grande, calledMerida en Domingo. The apartment is clean, air-conditioned and beautifully furnished and extremely reasonably priced for the unique furnishings and location.

It is decorated with nineteenth century and important pieces seamlessly blending with sixteenth century and current antique reproductions. You can enjoy this gorgeous collection of sacred art throughout the apartment with a bedroom furnished with nothing like you will find anywhere in Merida for the offered price.  The apartment covers an area of ​​more than 1732 square feet including a furnished tiled rooftop outdoor terrace with relaxing Jacuzzi where you can spend romantic nights or just relaxing in the sun while admiring beautiful Merida Centro views  including  the cathedral towers.

San Juan apartment is composed of a living room, a bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioning, a beautifully Mexican tiled bathroom and spacious dining area and  newly  remodeled Mexican tiled kitchen where you can create your own Mexican cuisine. Full laundry with washer and dryer are also included. The apartment is available now for two to three weeks a year.

Botero’s Studio

Botero’s Studio, a 266-square-foot apartment, also has an independent entrance. This very comfortable studio is decorated with reproductions of the famous painter Fernando Botero.

Amenities in Botero’s Studio include a small kitchen (sink, stove, refrigerator and microwave), a private bathroom and closet. The studio has two twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and cable and wireless internet services.
