The house is just a few blocks from the center of the small fishing village of Chelem. It’s an easy walk into town for something at the corner store and a chance to practice your Spanish. This is relaxed, beach living at its best… there is nothing to do but walk, read, sleep and watch the birds fly by.

When you get tired of all that relaxing, world-renowned tourist sites like Chichen Itza, Merida, Izamal and others make great day tours and are close enough to do while using your beach house as a home base.

This spacious house sleeps 4 people and is available on a weekly or monthly basis, with higher prices during the holidays:

Weekly:

From $400 to $900 USD, with the highest prices during holidays like Easter, Christmas and New Year.

Monthly:

From $1,000 to $2,000 USD with the highest prices during July and August.
