Casa Cárdenas is an extremely flexible luxury house with pricing to match. It can be rented for exclusive use as a one bedroom, two bedroom or five bedroom house.

This luxurious vacation rental has every amenity. From a Nintendo Wii, iPod dock, WIFI, a popcorn machine and movies projected 15 feet wide in the screening room, to the outdoor gas fireplace and glass-sided swimming pool in the leafy garden… This spacious house has entertainment enough for everyone.

Casa Cárdenas is located on Calle 53, the most sought-after street in Merida. The location is quiet yet situated close to all the best attractions. Leafy Santiago Park, with its beautiful church and daily market, is just two blocks away. Within a short stroll are the arts district of Santa Ana, the nightly festivities of the main square and Merida’s answer to the Champs Elysees, Paseo Montejo, with its bars, mansions and elegant restaurants.

The newly renovated colonial home has been skillfully designed to satisfy modern sensibilities, providing ample natural light, cooling breezes and a spacious yard and rooftop terrace on which to entertain. Massages and a private chef can also be arranged.

ONE BEDROOM RENTALS:
Master Suite One is located upstairs. It has a king bed and air conditioning and looks out onto a large covered terrace. The bedroom measures roughly 50 square meters (or 500 square feet) and also features double vanities and a double shower with balcony view and a mosaic-paved relaxation area.
TWO BEDROOM RENTALS:
Two bedroom rentals have the use of Master Suite One and Master Suite Two. Master Suite Two, which is located in the casita, has a king bed, air conditioning, a double vanity and a deep soaking tub looking out onto a private courtyard.
FIVE BEDROOM RENTALS:
Casa Cardenas has ample room for up to eight guests plus one baby in a cot. Master Suite Three comes with a king bed, a single vanity, shower, fan and air conditioning. Bedroom Four is located on the ground floor off the internal courtyard and is equipped with a single bed, fan and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Five, also located off the internal courtyard, is equipped with a single bed and a fan.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an antique ten-seater dining table, dishwasher, microwave, high-capacity refrigerator and freezer, heavy base saucepans, chef’s knives, salad and mixing bowls, and ample high-quality flatware and tableware. A charcoal barbecue is also provided. The entire house is furnished with antique, art deco, mid-century and custom-made contemporary furniture.

Prices

One bedroom:
The one bedroom price of $950 USD applies year-round (except Christmas and New Year) to rental periods of one week only .
Two bedroom:
The two bedroom price of $1300 USD applies year-round (except Christmas and New Year) to rental periods of one week only. Extra guests will be charged at the five-bedroom rate.
Five bedroom:
Peak: (November 1 to March 31)
$410 US per night (three night minimum).
$2500 US per week.
$4000 US per month.
Christmas and New Year
$3000 US per week (one week minimum).
$5000 US per month (one week minimum).
Off Peak: (April 1 to October 31)
$360 US per night (three night minimum).
$1500 US per week.
$3000 US per month.

All prices do not include electricity.
