Casa Dos is a luxury vacation rental in Merida Yucatan. Formerly a private home, Casa Dos has a master suite with private bath and garden, a guest bedroom and bathroom, a tiled swimming pool, outdoor shaded patio overlooking the pool, an Italianate interior garden with fountain, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with vaulted ceiling and skylights and a comfortable open air living room. Casa Dos has every comfort of home, and more… and a fantastic central location too!
From the beginning Casa Dos has been a work of great detail. The home was originally renovated to be a private residence and a work of art. The best of everything was selected to build the home: a reverse osmosis water treatment system, low voltage art lighting, oversized air conditioning units, imported appliances, restored antique hardware fixtures… everything. Casa Dos is probably the only vacation rental that has the features of a full time residence… and it is waiting for your next vacation. It is like having your own luxury second home.
The art on the walls is authentic Mexican and Yucatecan art, picked out by us to live with and enjoy. All the lighting was carefully considered and installed for maximum ambiance. Some of the more interesting materials used in the home include : 200 year old roof tiles from Marseilles France, hand cut stone floors, windows and doors built from antique woods – Mahogany and Cedar, Rain type showerheads, Italian mosaic glass tiles in the pool, etc… Everything was selected for the ease of use, beauty and luxury in mind. All towels are 100 percent cotton, of course, as are the sheets, pillowcases and even the dishtowels.
Speaking of dishes, Casa Dos has lots of them. The owners like to entertain and they understand what that requires. You will find wine glasses, martini glasses, coffee cups with saucers and mugs without, so there should be something for everyone to make them feel at home. There is a commercial-style juicer to make fresh squeezed juice and an expresso machine to get the day started.

Low Season - April 1 to October 31
$195 per night with 3 night minimum
High Season - November 1 to March 31
$2200 per week with a one week minimum
Holidays
$2800 per week with one week minimum
Holiday rates apply to Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years including one week before and one week following the calendar date of the holiday.
