Casa 81

Casa 81 is an intimate but spacious home located in the San Sebastian/Ermita area of Merida’s centro historico. The house was designed by the owners and their architects, Mercedes Sanchez and Alvaro Cervera, to be comfortable and elegant at the same time. A shaded passageway connects an interior patio with fountain and shaded conversation area with the beautiful back garden and pool area. In between the two outdoor spaces are a large and open kitchen with a central island, a dining room with a table for seating for eight, and a raised living area that opens onto the pool and garden.

There are two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with the laundry room and outdoor bathtub, and one separate bedroom and bath downstairs by the pool, where there is also an outdoor shower. 

We will accept well-behaved pets and we accept smokers. Maximum six adults. May not be suitable for children under ten due to safety issues (around the pool and upstairs balconies).

This is Merida living at its best!

We are very open to long-term renters and are happy to give you a reasonable monthly rate. Just ask!

June- Oct.: $190 night- $1300 week
Oct 29- Nov 05: $200 night- $1500 week
Nov 06- March 31: $230 night- $1600 week
Dec 18- Jan 08: $250 night-$1700 week

Three night minimum. Security deposit required. Renter pays electricity (as measured by meter). Talk to us about our discounts for long term rentals… we would love for you to stay for awhile!
