The secret to making pizza is the bread. In this workshop, you will grind your own wheat and make whole wheat pizza dough. A week later in a separate class, you will make the pizza.
THIS WORKSHOP IS LIMITED TO 10 STUDENTS. Which will allow for one-on-one attention.* Children are accepted as students, each child accompanied by an adult.
This workshop is conducted in English and Spanish; Sofia Burckle is fully bilingual.
