Tech Support Specialist
- Respond rapidly to technical support issues via email, telephone or Whatsapp.
- Provide general computer or mobile and PC, APPLE, ANDROID support.
- Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions to software and setup errors, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Other IT tasks as needed.
- Update web page content.

Robinson Perez came to our home yesterday and he was fantastic! He knows his stuff . He fixed every issue and left our computer running at top speed like we have not seen for a long time. He patiently answered questions with all our technology, phones too. We speak Spanish but it helps that his English is so good. We found our techno guru and he makes house calls.
